President
With over 50 years of experience as an underground/site contractor and a third generation contractor, Ron takes time to go through each individual project with the supervisor and is responsible for all scheduling and equipment logistics. He’s also involved in all troubleshooting for projects.

Curtis Meyer
Vice President

With over 20 years of experience as an underground/site contractor and forth generation contractor. He’s an accomplished Owner / Estimator highly regarded for ability to manage properties, construction sites, and logistics to exceed company goals. Curtis takes time to go through each individual project with the supervisors, weighting in on multiple perspectives on commercial, industrial facility, and underground infrastructure construction projects. He is responsible setting define project goals and the continuation of developing and works to maintains relationship with company vendors and contractors. Curtis has his CDL A with Doubles Endorsement and GPS/CAD Training.

Jim Belanger
Supervisor/Estimator

Supervisor/Estimator Jim Belanger has a BS in Construction Management from Ferris State University and 36 years of experience in all facets of a complete project. He has worked as both a general contractor and sub-contractor, and is responsible for bid and follows awarded projects from start to finish.

Bill Engelsman
Supervisor/Estimator

Bill Engelsman, Supervisor/Estimator, has 38 years of experience in underground construction and site work. He is Michigan Storm Water Certified and 10 Hour OSHA Certified. As a Supervisor/Estimator, Bill bids and follows awarded projects from start to finish.

Mike Volkers
GPS/Project Management

Mike has 33 years of experience in the construction industry and started working with the company in 2004. He has three years of laboring before moving to an operators position. Mike has 20 years of operating equipment and 15 years’ experience as a foreman. Mike is very hands on with jobs as he works side by side with our estimators doing takeoffs and assisting with any estimating needs. Mike is trained, certified and manages our GPS and Trimble since 2012. Mike has his Class A CDL with doubles endorsement.

Justin Fuller
Shop Manager

Justin has 23 years of excavating experience. Justing started his first 11 years as a laborer/operator/truck driver and mechanic. Six years as a foreman working in the field and six years as a shop manager. Justin Oversees the daily operations of all equipment and trucks. Justin deals with most of our trucking dispatch along with the maintenance of all vehicles and equipment. Justin has completed his Michigan Class A/B UST Operators Underground Storage Tank Training and equipment operating license. Justins had his CDL A with Doubles Endorsement for 27 years.
